Slightly chipped tooth when I flipped over my handlebars

I slightly chipped my front right tooth (NSFW) today when I went over my handlebars. It's rough to the touch and the tooth is slightly wobbly/bruised. It's also sensitive when I pass my tongue over the chipped part, but doesn't feel abnormal when drinking/eating. All dentists in my country are currently closed, the advice I've received via a telephone assessment is to monitor the tooth, consume a soft diet for the next two weeks, and wait until the dentists open to have x-rays taken. I guess I got pretty lucky.

Is there a chance that the chip has taken away all of the enamel? Or would I be in a lot more pain? Is there anything else I could do to speed up the recovery?

Thanks!
