Sharp pain for a second in a molar when biting something hard

Yea just was eating and biting into a nut that caused some sharp pain in my second molar upper that went away pretty much immediately after I stopped chewing.

Exactly this happened a few weeks before as well on the same tooth and I am starting to worry. There is no filling or anything done on that tooth before. Is this a sign of nerve pulpit issue?

I had a X-ray in March where my dentist checked all my upper right teeth because I had unexplained pain in that region and he said all looks good and it comes from my night grinding ( I am wearing a mouth guard)

Can anyone tell me what this type of pain usually is a sign of ?
