Red patch on palate for 2 weeks

Hello, I have a red patch on my palate for 2 weeks now, it has got better but im still seeing a red spot, that look like inflammation

I saw 2 ENT and 2 oral surgeon, all of them told me its not cancer and just to ignore it

I asked for a biopsy but one told me it would be painful and useless, the other one told me hes not gonna do a biopsy because its certainly not something sinister...

i also saw an oral surgeon who work with oral cancer lesion, he told me this " Stop worrying, I've removed a lot of oral cancer lesion when I worked at the hospital and yours doesnt look like cancer at all"

Im still worried because its still there ... Do you think I should trust them ?

Im young man, non smoker, non drinker, living in France ( Paris)
