Potential Gum Disease?

Hi all,

I hope everyone is doing OK and is staying safe and healthy. This morning I noticed some slight discomfort in my back two molars and I initially thought it was some food that got stuck in my gums, however upon closer inspection I noticed that on my gums were these two red spot right where the gum meets the tooth, shown here.

Some information which may be relevant is that at the beginning of March I had a deep cleaning for some gingivitis (mostly some pockets of 4mm) and since then, due to my anxiety, I have been very adamant about flossing once a day and brushing twice. However, ever since the cleaning I have been very worried about gum recession as I have noticed a little since the cleaning, and any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
