Pain 1 year after root canal.

Hiya!!! So, like the title says, I still have pain from my root canal I got over a year ago. Really sucks.

I got a root canal at a place that has wonderful reviews and a great history. I get it done, hurts a ton. Normal so far! A month later, still hurts. Endodontist says it’s just from clenching. 6 months later. Dentist says it’s probably fine, probably just from clenching. 10 months later, sent to get a 3D x-ray because I still have pain. Nothing shows up at all, radiologist clears it, I’m told it’s clenching again.

I have braces, but they haven’t been tightened since my initial visit for getting them on or since I got my expander off, but even with expander solution that was 4 months ago and I doubt my teeth have shifted much. Dentists both seem unbothered by it and don’t really believe it’s because of them, just thought to add in. Another thing is the black line that showed up afterwards, I’ve been assured it’s nothing, just the dead root, so I don’t have much worry from that either. I have tried to stop clenching, got one month free of it, and my tooth still hurt. I’ve started losing hope, maybe I’m making it all up. Is there anything it could possibly be???

I’ve never been given any radiograph/x-ray that has been taken, never thought to take picture since they always came up with nothing wrong with my teeth. A picture definitely won’t help in this case.
