Old maxillary cyst surgery and still bleeding after 10 years from a teeth

Hi guys,

I had an old surgery on maxillary cyst in my upper right maxillary. The cyst was due to a wisdom tooth 🦷 that kind of get back instead of getting out.

The size was pretty big like 2,8cm and it wipe out a part of my bone.

I had a surgery where they extract the cyst and cure the area. Then the close and let the hole being filled with time with some bones and tissue that grow in the empty part of the old cyst.

But from that time I always bleed from that last teeth where I had the surgery. It’s like the zone is purging every week and I can clearly see a medium amount of blood.

Now it’s lik 10 yeas and my dentist said it could happen and there is nothing to do.

Is it not bad to have over the long run a part of my mouth that sometime bleed like the tooth? I read a lot about inflammation in the mouth and heart problem I would not like to have some.

Thanks for your help.
