I have a narrow lower jaw, the width between my gonions is much smaller that most men/skulls I've seen, yet my chin in big. It almost seems like my lower jaw just got pushed in at the back on both sides. Is there a surgery to expand the lower jaw? Is it normal to have your upper teeth over lap by half a back tooth's width a the the back of my mouth only? Sorry I can't be more technical I don't know terminology. Thanks.
