Hello everybody! Bit of a weird question here.
I've had a mouth guard done 4/5 year ago, and the dentist gave the mold to keep. I'm not sure why, I guess they recommended me to keep it in case I should need some adjustment.
Is it worth keeping it or if I go to another dentist to have the guard re-done they would take a new one anyway?
Just out of curiosity, would it still be "valid" as in would the shape still be correct? Note: I kept using the night guard during these years.
