I got my wisdom teeth taken out a week and a half ago, recovery is going fine, and I haven't been facing anything extreme. But I noticed that after the first week, I had some tonsil stones, two of them. I had gotten tonsil stones maybe once as a kid, so it was a surprise to see them. After a few swipes with a wet cotton swab and some coughing, I was able to get them out.
But, I'm a bit worried if they will come back. While reading up on the reddit, it seems like a lot of people have a reoccuring problem with them. And I would like to avoid them all together if I can. I brush two times a day, floss once a day, and mouthwash twice a day.
Ive also already been doing salt water rinses because of my recovery from wisdom teeth, but I haven't been gargling. I am going to start doing that though because of these tonsil stones.
Will I be alright and they wont come again, or is there anything else i should try?
