Hi, I'm a 32M who last went to the dentist a couple months ago with no issues. None smoker or drinker, I actually have never had a cavity or major issue with my teeth, during the last visit some old sealant was taken off (not sure exactly what it's called but it's some hard compound they put on top of my back molars to help with cavities I believe) and replaces however I don't remember what side of my mouth that was on. There seems to be two white spots, the farthest back I'm not sure how long has been there but the one just in front of it is recent because I can feel my tongue constantly going and feeling it.
