Sticky molars on same side of #3 molar extraction

So ever since I got my #3 molar extracted after getting a deep absess less than 2 years after getting a root canal...

The surrounding teeth stick together. It's fucking weird and honestly it feels like excess healing white blood cells floating around because it's only on one side and it's only on the teeth that touch. I've had alot of piercings and for some reason it feels like it's like...it's a damn open ass wound, blood clot, scab, etc.

It goes away after I brush but comes back in a few hours whether I eat or not.

Is this something to worry about? The extraction was about 2 months ago. It was fucked up and turned black and got dry socket but my dentist scraped the fuck out of it again til I was able to heal much easier after and had no probs. (I think I pulled my initial blood clot out w/my initial gauze I took out a few hours after? Idk it didn't bleed, I didn't smoke, drink, maybe rinsed a bit too vigorously after a few days cuz I was scared of food getting stuck.)

TLDR; are sticky teeth near a previous extraction site a worry or normal healing experience?
