Second bout of pericoronitis, this time accompanied by an additional abscess

So a few months ago, I experienced pericoronitis for the first time of my life, due to an impacted lower left wisdom teeth. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced, so I immediately went and seen a dentist, who prescribed a mouthwash and told me to get the tooth extracted ASAP. I wasn't on any dental insurance at the time, so I told him that I'd get it extracted a few months later. Shortly after the visit, the bubble on my wisdom teeth drained and I was left with a little flap over it, instantly relieving me of all the pain. All was good until a few days ago, where I noticed that I was experiencing similar problems. This time however, the symptoms were much more mild in regards to pain. The pain this time does not even come close to what I experienced last time, but I noticed importantly that there is an additional abscess this time. During the first bout, there was only one above my wisdom tooth and it was relatively small. This time however, there is one along my gums and it is much bigger in size. Due to COVID-19, it is really tough to find any dentists in my area, as most don't do emergency services and were ordered to be closed down by the government. I've read all the horror stories of how tooth abscesses can lead to very serious conditions, even death. I just want to know whether or not this abscess is something that needs to be dealt with ASAP, knowing that there's no pain and that it is the result of pericoronitis. If i'm not able to find a dentist who could drain it/sterilize it for me is there something that I could do for the time being as the government allows more dentists to open?

Thanks for the help!
