I have to get my bottom left one extracted as it is impacted and painful. I was told I needed bone grafts for the bottom ones and I was wondering if anyone had info or experience on that. He said it was because of the the way my wisdom teeth were coming in (sideways). Only one has partially come out of the surface. The other has not. Also what are the chances of having a wisdom tooth that is sideways completely on the XRays but hasn't come out yet, become a problem if I'm almost 30. Should I get it removed? Or is it dormant forever? It's not causing pain but my dentist of course wants me to get it removed. It's an extra $600 for him lol.
