I wear a bottom nightguard for teeth grinding. When I go to take it off it’s like I have to yank it off and sometimes it feels like I’m pulling out my teeth and I can definitely feel a bit of pressure on them. Is this normal ? I also tried wearing it for only a few minutes to see if it still happens and it did. I had to again basically pull it off which caused my teeth to feel sore. I’m scared this could potentially damage my teeth or cause problems.
