Need advice on molar fillings (xrays included)

Hello, I’ve have fillings on 3 of my molars (not sure the numbers but I have attached X-rays). I’ve had them for atleast 4-5 years and I believe I got them done around the same time. Unfortunately these X-rays are two years old, but hopefully it’ll provide some information. I tried to my best ability to point to the teeth in subject without blocking the area.

Xray1 Xray 2 Xray 3

They were never painful before treatment, but the dental school I was a patient at told me I had cavities and did fillings on them. I noticed that I had nerve pain on all three teeth whenever I would bite and clench down, so they adjusted my bite and that made the pain go away (probably because I wasn’t biting down on them anymore). However, whenever I bite down on particular things (for example, bread that has small grains), I get extreme, sharp pain that goes away immediately. They’ve been this way ever since they adjusted my bite (which makes me think the problem never went away). No lasting sensitivity from cold/hot on these teeth. I can chew without pain 90% of the time but if I bite hard, small, things on certain areas of these teeth they give me tremendous pain. I have no other issues with these teeth. Are these deep fillings? To be honest, I delayed in getting any further treatment because I cannot afford root canals (which I’m thinking I’ll need on all three...) Ive had this pain for years, but it has never worsened. Have I just been pushing my luck? Will my problem eventually get worse, or can it wait for a few more years when I can actually afford it? Note: I am already paying off a $1.3k porcelain crown through Carecredit so I really can’t afford make another big payment even at a dental school. I’ve had good oral hygiene for the past five years. (Brush twice a day, floss once or twice, fluoride rinse once a day) Thanks in advance.
