Mouth not getting any better

I don’t know if this post is allowed here but I don’t know where else to send it.

I recently started getting mild gingivitis around my gums and figured that I should finally start taking my oral health seriously because of it. I cracked down and bought an electric tooth brush, made sure to brush twice a day, floss every other day, and rinse with mouthwash in the morning and fluoride at night, I even bought new toothpaste for bleeding gums. I’ve been using these products for over a month now and am realizing that my gums are not any better than they were before, if anything they’re worse than ever. The gums touch my teeth feel raw all day and bleeding now occurs every time I brush. My breath has gotten significantly worse and my mouth in general hurts all the time. Rinsing with salt water when pain is unbearable helps temporarily, but it always kicks back in a few hours later. Cutting back on sugar and drinking more water has seemingly done nothing and it’s starting to effect my mental health.

I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but I can’t find anything else to do that I haven’t already tried. I can’t go to a dentist still during all of this quarantine, so any help I can get will be extremely appreciated.
