Had the crown placed on my implant a few days ago. I had the post for a year and had no issues. I now have pain, tenderness and swelling in the gum above the crown closer to the implant than the gum line. It doesn’t feel like normal irritation/healing but I can’t see a dentist for another 3 days. If it is worst case, Is there anything I can do to treat this at home or keep it from progressing?
