Carbamide peroxide

I was wondering if someone can help, I’m looking to order to carbamide peroxide to whiten my teeth, it comes in 20% 15% & 35%, I was wondering which one I should be order and also do I need the LED light or is it one you leave on without LED? Any advice would be appreciated
