Please help! Broke college student! Okay so I had my right back tooth extracted last Tuesday. Today during my lunch break I went back due to sharp point and pain that he stated was a fragment. He said he removed a small piece of it. I went back to work and once the numbing wore off I still felt the sharp piece and it’s visible... he said to wait a week or two to see if it heals on it’s own... what should I do it is causing me pain. Will these things resolve on their own?
