I brush my teeth 2x a day(using an electric toothbrush)(my toothpaste does not contain fluoride but Bio9), floss every night, keep at-least a 2 hour brake between eating(usually 3h). Often times chew xylitol gum after eating. Stay hydrated.
I still get quite a few white plaque stains and tooth decay.
Why? Can anyone help me? I seem to do everything right, right?
