Need some help, no job no money, but want my teeth fixed somehow,

I need some advice for my teeth I know its have million of problem but I need some specific help to at-lest fix the basic stuff I can buy any over the counter product or eBay, but don’t have enough money to go to dentist, Now let me explain you my big issue is when I brush my teeth it’s bleeds little bit I can feel from the top teeth or you think think of all i brush very gently and it all started when I go smoke stuff but I am treated and don’t smoke no more, and now I only smoke vape so what kind of toothpaste toothbrush when how liquid mouthwash any special things you can tell me to try I am ready , please help me stop bleeding 🩸
