People spend about $1.4 billion on teeth whitening treatment. We all want to have white teeth but we suffer from teeth discoloration because of coffee drinks, smoking, red wine, and many medications cause such side effect. That's why the effect of whitening your teeth is not the same. Not all people suffer from teeth discoloration. Also, some people need more sessions than others. However, if you brush your teeth regularly and floss, you are more likely to get faster results in a shorter time and less frequent sessions.

Blue LED or UV Light For White Teeth

UV light for whitening teeth is no longer used today as it has might cause side effects. Blue LED light gives you the same effect of using a UV light kit but without causing any side effects. Both are similar to the light works as a photocatalyst to the bleaching agent. In both methods, hydrogen peroxide is applied first on the teeth before the laser treatment. In addition, free radicals remove tooth stain, which makes your teeth look much better and healthier.
For best results, teeth whitening session duration is around fifteen minutes and the wavelength used in most cases is around 465 nanometers.
