Can wisdom teeth come in and move years later/why can I move a little bit of my gum now?

So, I got all four of my wisdom teeth at 14. I know now that's abnormal but it happened and I haven't been to a dentist since I was 12 so nothing's ever came of it (and honestly they're the straightest teeth in my whole head so it hasn't caused much of an issue besides the cavities). Last time I was at the dentist I had 12 cavities and I know of at least 6 more since then because they're big enough to be seen with the naked eye and basically just gaping holes, so...yeah, I've got some issues. I just turned 20 and am still dependent on my parents and they don't really "do" dentists so I can't do much and about it right now. For the record, I've brushed, flossed, and rinsed every day for two years now so I've bettered myself, not that it's done any good.

Anyway, my issue today is with my left bottom wisdom tooth. The gum behind and to the side of it feels raised and now I noticed I can MOVE a small flap of my gum with my tongue! Out of nowhere I just happened to do feel over there with my tongue and literally flapped my gum. There's no pain, just a little soreness now that I've picked at it a hundred times. The part behind my wisdom teeth was raised/hard earlier this year now months later it's doing it again and part of my gum is loose. I'd think I might have cut myself while eating but for one thing, wouldn't I have felt that? And since it's done something similar before, I have to imagine it's something natural.

Anybody here have ideas???
