I have a badly receded gum around one tooth. How can I save this tooth?

When I say badly receded I mean. B a d l y receded. Like, I'm scared I'm going to need a denture at 17. Like, if I don't get the receding to stop now, I. Will. Lose. My. Tooth. Is there absolutely any hope? Is there absolutely anything I can do to keep this tooth in my mouth, at least for a couple more years?

I have tried everything and I will try anything. If it works, it works. But it has to work.

I didn't even think there was a dentistry subreddit until I looked it up for the sole purpose of getting help.
